Like most companies in our industry, business for BW did not go as planned this year. This is true especially in terms of communication with our customers and other industry contacts. We had to alter our standard communication channels and had to cancel trade show appearances completely. Most unsettling, our direct customer contact had to be replaced with web conferences and other virtual contact.
